Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Social Commerce Platform Manager to join our team. As a Social Commerce Platform Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our online sales and managing our presence and online marketplace. You will help drive engagement and transactions between our creator community and brands. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a deep understanding of ecommerce, social media selling, and online marketplaces. 

 

Responsibilities:

Social Commerce Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement an effective Social Commerce strategy to drive sales and achieve revenue targets

  • Identify and evaluate new social commerce opportunities and strategies to expand our presence 

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices

 

Social Commerce Platform Management:

  • Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and attract customers

  • Coordinate with internal teams, including tech team, management, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of Social Commerce activities

 

Social Media Selling:

  • Develop and implement strategies to leverage social media platforms for driving ecommerce sales

  • Monitor social media trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for driving sales and improving customer experience

 

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition costs

  • Generate regular reports and provide insights on ecommerce performance to stakeholders

  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and increase customer retention

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales 

  • In-depth understanding of eCommerce and Social Commerce principles, strategies, and best practices

  • Familiarity with popular Social Commerce platforms such as Temu, Amazon affiliates, Shopify, etc

  • Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with social media selling

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
