We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Ecommerce Platform Manager to join our team. As an Ecommerce Platform Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our online sales and managing our presence on various ecommerce platforms and online marketplaces. The ideal candidate is someone who possesses a deep understanding of ecommerce, social media selling, and online marketplaces.

Ecommerce Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement an effective ecommerce strategy to drive sales and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and evaluate new ecommerce opportunities and strategies to expand our presence
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Ecommerce Platform Management:
- Optimize product listings, descriptions, and images to enhance visibility and attract customers
- Work with suppliers to manage inventory levels, pricing, and promotions to ensure accuracy and competitiveness
- Coordinate with internal teams, including tech team, management, sales, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of ecommerce activities
Social Media Selling:
- Develop and implement strategies to leverage social media platforms for driving ecommerce sales
- Monitor social media trends and user behavior to identify opportunities for driving sales and improving customer experience
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key ecommerce metrics, such as sales, conversion rates, traffic, and customer acquisition costs
- Generate regular reports and provide insights on ecommerce performance to stakeholders
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize conversion rates and increase customer retention
- Work closely with external partners, such as ecommerce platforms, and online marketplaces to optimize performance and resolve any issues
- Verbal and written skills in Chinese and English
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing ecommerce platforms and driving online sales
- In-depth understanding of ecommerce principles, strategies, and best practices
- Familiarity with popular ecommerce platforms such as Temu, Amazon affiliates, Shopify, etc
- Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with social media selling
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
